Cancellation Policy

Timing is everything. If you need to change or cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placement.

Once an order enters the processing phase after the 24-hour mark, we may be unable to accommodate changes.

Approved cancellations within the 24-hour window will be refunded within 7 business days.


Damaged Items

We take great pride in our packaging, but we understand accidents happen during transit.

Definition of Damage: An item is considered damaged if it has a functional defect or is physically broken. Please note that minor cosmetic damage to outer packaging (e.g., dented boxes) where the product remains intact is not considered damage.

Reporting: You must report damaged items within 72 hours of delivery.

Process: Email support@levanra.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will evaluate the claim and, if eligible, send a replacement at no cost to you.

Exclusions: We do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage after delivery.


Shipping & Delivery

While we work hard to get your order to you quickly, LEVANRA is not responsible for delays outside of our control (e.g., courier delays, customs clearance, or logistics issues).

For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If you notice an error, you must notify us within 24 hours.

Failure to provide the correct address within this timeframe voids eligibility for a resend or refund.
