Order Processing Times
Standard Processing: Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Definition: An order is "dispatched" once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times represent the transit duration after your order leaves our warehouse. Please note that these are estimates based on your location:

Order Accuracy & Changes
To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Address Errors: If you spot a mistake, email us at support@levara.com within 24 hours. While we will try our best to update your details, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Verification: If our system detects an address issue, we will email you for verification. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Delayed Delivery
While we strive for punctuality, certain external factors (severe weather, courier disruptions, or address verification needs) may cause delays. Levanra is not liable for delays caused by external carriers, but we promise to keep you updated and advocate on your behalf to resolve any transit issues.
Missing Packages?
We understand it is super frustrating, when a package goes missing. Once a package is handed to our courier partners, the final delivery is in their hands.
Assistance: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at support@levara.com we'll help you.
Claims: We recommend filing a claim directly with the courier. We will also follow up with them on our end to provide any necessary documentation.
Policy: While Levanra is not responsible for lost or stolen items and these fall outside our standard refund policy, we evaluate these situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.
